Okay, I am going to call myself a not so productive blogger for all the pending posts that I haven't been posting, probably won't get any sponsorship in the future pretty soon, LOL. Interlude is a tapas bar that serve all different kind of tapas food to enjoy with your beer after a long day of work or studying. Interlude is located at TTDI, to be honest I find this place not hard to be found though, just needed to be promote and be known, because their food are amazing, to me as a comfort food,

Mushroom Soup : RM19
Do not be surprise with the cost of the mushroom soups
because it cooks with the best effort, imagine you need to dice the mushroom, pan fried it, and blend it, and cook it, imagine how many times you need to spend just to make it taste awesome?
to me the soup taste super creamy and flavorful
Garlic Prawns Served with Tomato Salsa: RM20
Popular Spanish dish cooked in olive oil, served with bread.very refreshing :D
Nantua of Spaghetti with a Selection of Seafood – RM30
to me the prawn is fresh and sweet, you can obviously tell the seafood are guarantee fresh!

Quattro Pork Pizza : RM28
Lap Cheong Sausage, Pork Bacon, Crispy Pork Belly and Chorizo
one of the dish that got finished super soon!I guess is because of the Lap Cheong sausages and Pork Belly!
Crispy Pork Belly wit Kill Kenny Glaze : RM20
Crispy roasted pork belly sitting on a bed of pickled julienne cabbage and Kill Kenny Glaze.
love how they cook it, the taste is madly delicious!
Succelent
tender Pork Ribs smothered in our very own Guiness barbecue sauce. It
would only be appropriate for you to decide your preferred beveragero
flush all this goodness down. Rumour has it that it goeswell with a pint
of Guiness! It is served with bacon mash and citrus colesraw.
ohhh look at it....I am drooling all over again by looking at it.

17 hours Slow Cooked Pork Belly : RM36
The pork belly is
cooked using the Sous Vide method with sauce with the freshest of herbs
and served with gribiche inspired sauce and grated egg white. A must
try!
Imagine this has been cooked for 17 hours?
Baked Penne Pasta with Braised Vegetables : RM22

Caramel Trifle : RM18
Caramel ice cream, date syrup, chocolate biscottie and pomegranate molasses.
I actually took great few minutes to guess what they have in there, what's the sauce haha
something sweet and make your day so much better :)

Please ask their friendly staff for the flavor of the day as they come up with different flavours from week to week.

I tried all of em, I thoughts I would be drunk by the times I finish it.
but I am still fine, I guess my drinking skill is increasing back :) but whoever love to have a try, please remember don't drive if you are drunk ya.
Interlude have their promotion which every Wednesday are their Ladies Night (Free Flow Alcohol) and Friday Interlude will be having Live Band from 9pm to 11pm (every Friday)
