Motorino is an awarded Italian Pizza Restaurant and its now open at Genting Sky Avenue!
Motorino is mainly serve Neapolitan Pizza which is actually their signature!
The specialty about Neapolitan Pizza is :
- It's cooked in a special wood-fired oven at 800-900 degree Fahrenheit
- The small mouth and low dome of the oven gets the pizza cooked in 60-90 seconds
- Unlike crispy American pizza crust, the Neapolitan one is soft and chewy,due to specific finely milled pure wheat flour with no additives
- A typical Neapolitanpizza is about 12 inches in a diameter just nice for one
- Minimally topped, the Neapolitanpizza strikes a careful balance among crust,sauce and cheese. Forget over the top cheesiness!
