 Champignons is a new addition to Oasis Damansara's food scene, having started operations in December 2017. The kitchen in this semi-fine dining restaurant is headed by of the founders, Gary, a passionate foodie who has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. A KDU graduate, Gary has worked in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, London, Dubai and Macau.

Their focus is on the quality of food, and they worked hard to ensure that their food tastes excellent through sourcing the freshest ingredients, prepared carefully to bring out the best taste.
 Champignons named after the French word for mushrooms that are often used in western cuisine. Champignon serve contemporary European dishes featuring selected, fresh Asian ingredients and flavors. Sited in Oasis Damansara, this gourmet restaurant offers food with a focus on quality, led by a team of seasoned veterans who have explored cuisines from various corners of the world, including Switzerland, London, Dubai and Macau.

 Seared Foie Gras with Fig Jam
Brioche toast, balsmic reduction and sweet red wine jelly.

The meaning of Foie Gras mean Duck Liver :) we usually had goose liver prepared on the table but we got to taste with duck liver, loving the texture of the liver and its a well done!
 French Onion Soup
Caramelized onion toast and gruyere cheese espuma

Creamy soup <3 br="">
 Black Truffle Chicken Breast
Rosti potato,glazed vegetables and creamy Chanterelle mushroom sauce

Nothing can basically go wrong with black truffle and it basically enhance the dish!
 Australian Lamb Short Lion with Homemade Lamb Sausage
Cumin carrot puree,roasted onion and mustard jus

Tender lamb lion and fulfilling sausage that filled up with minced lamb :)
 Champignons Chocolate Delights
Dark chocolate,raspberry and surprise candy

Most happening dessert I ever had!
 After drizzled the raspberry sauce that melt the chocolate and you are good to go!

 Much appreciate of Gary explaining the dish to the guest one by one and I personally learnt a lot about the cuisine and also the dish!
